Healthlink for Groups and Companies . . .
Good health and high productivity are inextricably linked. It was with this thought in mind that the FPA developed Healthlink in 1995, a service designed to reach the corporate employee, who is sometimes unable to take time out from work to take care of his or her health needs.
In June 2002 the Association launched its mobile clinic. This state of the art unit delivers quality care at your loacation through FPATT's roving team of experts.

The goals of Healthlink:
- To provide the employee with health care services and health educational programmes right at the workplace.
- To make medical care easily available to corporate employees at a reduced cost.
- To assist in minimizing the amount of time lost on the job by employees seeking medical attention.

- Pap Smear Test
- Breast Examination
- Urine Testing for Sugar and Albumin
- Blood Pressure Testing
- Prostate Specific Antigen Blood Test (PSA) or Prostate Gland Enlargement Examination for men over 40
Education Programmes from Healthlink:
Also included in the Healthlink Package are a series of health education programmes during which Family Life Educators host discussions on specific health issues ranging from:

- HIV/AIDS
- Cervical Cancer
- Prostate Cancer
- Breast Examination
- Pap Smears
- Family Planning
- Menstruation
- Menopause
- Infertility
- Reproductive Health
The employer arranges the Healthlink service, and services are carried out on the company's compound once a private room and facilities are available. Since 1995, the Health link programme has been successfully conducted at the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago, Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago and Ispat Limited.
