The Resource Centre is open to the public, particularly to schoolchildren and students who can utilise the information provided for their projects or other personal activities. The Centre opened in 1996 and is named for Nicky McBride, an American nurse whose contribution was fundamental to the establishment of the Family Planning Association in Trinidad and Tobago.
